Refund & Exchange

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or sale items.
Opened hygiene products (such as in-ear earbuds).
Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
Important Notes
Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
